Intensive Coaching Programs
Are You Facing A Personal Crisis?
Have you reached a point where you can no longer ignore the negative patterns that continue to disrupt your life? Have compulsive behaviors—perhaps substance abuse, porn addiction, infidelity, or other problematic tendencies—sabotaged your primary relationship or hindered your professional growth? Are you looking for something beyond traditional therapy to help make a personal breakthrough?
When you are in crisis, it’s hard to feel comfortable in your own skin—although you’re terrified to change, you can’t imagine your life circumstances remaining the same either. Maybe you have already tried to make changes on your own without telling anyone, but keeping your struggles secret has only made you feel worse. And even if you managed to make short-term improvement, you’ve been unable to maintain positive strides.
Perhaps You Have Reached An Impasse In Therapy
You may have already tried therapy but are frustrated because you haven’t made the progress you hoped for. The results of weekly therapy might be unfulfilling or maybe you wish you could move at a quicker pace.
If you’re looking for a unique therapeutic experience that goes beyond the surface and explores the root causes of your unwanted behavior, a 3- to 5-day intensive coaching program may be what you need. An intensive coaching program offers a unique and powerful solution for individuals, couples, groups, and families trying to break through the barriers preventing them from fully enjoying their lives.
Intensive Coaching Programs Offer An Opportunity To Make Big Changes Within A Short Amount Of Time
When you need to address more immediate concerns—whether it’s past trauma, infidelity in your relationship, a sex/porn addiction, or maybe you just feel stuck—you may need a more intensive therapy experience that goes beyond the surface and explores the underlying causes of your unwanted behavior or patterns.
Digging deeper can reveal unresolved pain from past events and explain why you often escape discomfort with avoiding, overdoing, or addictive behavior. By gaining a clear understanding of why you do what you do, an experienced, compassionate, and personalized clinician will work with you directly to examine why it is that you can't stop—or stay stopped—when you’ve been successful in so many other areas of your life.
How An Intensive Coaching Program Compares To Traditional Therapy
An intensive coaching program is both cost- and time-effective, allowing you to complete the equivalent of 6 to 12 months of therapy over a few days or weeks. Briefly stepping out of your routine allows you to deeply focus on the shifts you want to make. You will learn how to reconcile the past, experience internal stability, and develop healthier responses to what triggers your compulsive or addictive behavior.
The intensive coaching program experience can help improve the quality of your relationships, spiritual connection, and professional balance—you will leave with a plan to carry forward and maintain your growth.
We Offer A Variety Of Intensive Coaching Programs Based On Your Needs
At Insideout Living, we have developed three specialized intensive coaching programs that each offer an opportunity to unravel the underlying obstacles that keep you from living your life more fully.
Together we will look beneath the behavior to discover the underlying causes and conditions of particular patterns. At each intensive coaching, we will create a safe space for healing that encourages shame reduction, promotes community over isolation, and offers hope.
S.T.E.P. Couple Intensive Coaching Program
Our intensive coaching program for couples is designed to:
Create SAFETY by understanding your relationship cycle and the contributing factors.
Grow TRUST by peeling back patterns and gently discovering and sharing what lies beneath each of your behaviors.
Gain EMOTIONAL INTEGRITY by recognizing, owning, and shifting how each of you contributes to the relationship in ways that are no longer useful.
Open you to PHYSICAL INTEGRITY and INTIMACY by a conscious commitment toward recovering what has been lost in the physical, sexual, and spiritual relationship.
Committed couples at any relational stage—whether contemplating marriage, newly married, in a long-term commitment, or even those considering divorce—can benefit from the S.T.E.P. Couple Intensive Coaching Program.
We utilize an eclectic resilience model informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed practices, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a proven evidence-based approach with high success rates*. You will work with an experienced clinician that will craft the intensive coaching program to address particular areas based on your specific needs.
Insideout Living Intensive Coaching Programs
No matter where you are on your recovery journey, our intensive coaching programs allow you a place to transition to a life of integrity in your recovery and improve those relationships that have been hurt by addiction and betrayal by developing the tools to maintain a peaceful life. If you need motivation toward deeper work, our Intensive Coaching Programs can help motivate you toward a higher level of care, giving you a gradual launch to inpatient treatment.
The intensive coaching experience can also provide a seamless transition from the structure of inpatient or partial hospitalization to continue your work in a safe supportive outpatient environment, deepening and further stabilizing your recovery process. During this very delicate transition, our program gives you the safety of moving toward greater independence and ownership of your recovery.
The Intensive Coaching Programs offer accountability if you have trouble maintaining your sobriety or growing in the areas that were damaged as a result of your addictive patterns. By supporting you through individual, group, and check-ins, this experience can help you gain traction establishing a sustainable recovery track, and uncover what may have been previously missed in your treatment.
Our clinicians have extensive training and a great track record in successfully working in the areas of sex addiction, multiple addictions, and complex relational trauma. We also collaborate with the best psychiatrists, psychologists, acupuncturists, and other specialists to provide you with an integrative mind, body, and spirit approach to recovery. We will work with the entire family structure to create optimal healing for those primary relationships impacted by the trauma of living with addiction and co-occurring issues.
Insideout Living Trauma Intensive Coaching Program
One of the most significant contributors to compulsive behavior and addiction is unresolved trauma. A key factor in decreasing traumatic stress is understanding the mind-body connection—neuroscience teaches that the impact of trauma decreases when both the body and mind can safely process the experience.
This intensive coaching program is a psychological, spiritual, and physical experience geared at healing trauma by focusing on internal safety and the ability to trust. We use a variety of trauma-informed modalities, some of them are Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapies, art therapy, yoga therapy, and mindfulness.
When you become more aware of emotional and physical states, you can create new options for processing trauma so it no longer feels like it is currently happening. As you engage in the Trauma Intensive, you will begin to feel increased safety as the intensity of your triggers diminish. You will regain power, let go of shame, and change your narrative to a story of courage and strength.
Insideout Living intensive coaching programs are available through our online services and in person, as available. Each of our intensive coaching programs are grounded in a strength-based, compassionate, and resilient model. We don't just focus on the symptoms—we use them to guide us to a deeper understanding of your behavior patterns so we can provide you with long-term solutions that enhance your life.
But You May Wonder Whether An Insideout Living Intensive Coaching Program Is Right For You…
I don’t think I could sit through an intensive coaching program this long without getting restless.
Though this is a common concern, our clients tend to find that time spent in an intensive coaching program moves rather quickly. Unlike traditional talk therapy, the interactive nature of our intensive coaching program keeps you engaged in the process. You will be educated on how each of our approaches works and allows you to practice what you have learned and test it in your life outside of the intensive coaching program.
I can’t take the time off for an intensive coaching program.
Imagine the time you are currently losing at work due to the fear, anxiety, and frustration ruminating in your mind that you can no longer live with. In comparison to those non-productive work hours, investing in 3 to 5 days of productive self-care outside of work will be time well spent in the long run.
An intensive coaching program is expensive—why don’t you take insurance?
Although we understand an intensive coaching program requires a financial investment, if you were to quantify the emotional toll of your unwanted behaviors, the long-term benefit of an intensive coaching program is priceless. If things continue as they are and your life becomes increasingly more difficult to manage, what emotional toll will you have to pay?
This is a cash-based fee for services program that you will receive a billing statement for once the program is complete.
What if I don't change even after all of this?
If following an intensive coaching program you haven’t experienced any significant change, it may indicate that you require a higher level of care or should consider adding more days to your intensive coaching program.
