A lifelong learner of the human spirit, Tiffany is a primary therapist, certified life coach (CLC), certified health coach (CHC), a certified Mindset and Meditation teacher and certified domestic violence support advocate. Tiffany brings a holistic lens to the therapy room and views her clients as the experts of their experience. With compassion and empathy, she incorporates an integrative approach modeled to suit each client’s specific needs which include somatic experiencing, narrative, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches and interventions. Tiffany leverages a strengths-based philosophy to help facilitate growth, discovery, and change for her clients and integrates somatic and mindfulness practices to allow for the body to enter the therapy space when words are difficult to articulate as well as to engage the mind, body, and spirit connection as clients work to live lives of authenticity, resilience, self-love, and intent.

Tiffany is honored to travel alongside clients living with the effects of trauma and grief and be a support through their healing process. She works with adults that are exploring career transitions, experiencing burnout, navigating life after infidelity and betrayal trauma, finding their way during and after divorce, healing from developmental and systemic trauma, seeking to build self-trust and self-worth, aligning with their core values, and learning how to uncover the parts of them that hold them back and keep them stuck.

Tiffany spent over 22 years as an HR/People Operations executive in the Chicago technology community, making diversity, inclusion, belonging, vulnerability, and compassion core competencies of the organizations she was a part of. Tiffany made a midlife career transition to clinical mental health counseling to focus her strengths on helping others through the adversity life brings and to shine the light on the strengths and beauty they possess to live their best lives with intention.
