Hi, I’m Steve.

Are you a man, particularly a man of color, feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of leadership? Do you struggle with accountability, focused action, and achieving your goals amidst systemic challenges? You’re not alone.

Many men grapple with past traumas, navigate the complexities of professional and personal life, and feel disconnected from their true potential. The weight of these challenges can hinder progress and well-being, but there’s hope.

As a Men’s Coach with over 30 years of leadership experience, I specialize in guiding men through these obstacles. My mission is to empower you to become the best version of yourself in every aspect of life. I have dedicated my career to developing strategies that unite diverse missions, engage communities, and create high-performing teams. My expertise lies in fostering environments where you feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve your goals.

My Approach:

Through an eclectic approach that incorporates Indigenous healing practices gathered through extensive research and studies in psychology, spirituality, philosophy, and the effects of systemic racism on the mind, body, and spirit, I offer a dynamic, direct, and compassionate path to transformation. I have honed my skills in shaping policies and strategies around racial justice, inclusion, and belonging. I have developed innovative training curriculums that educate professionals on the traumatic impact of racism, promoting a culture of diversity and equity. These efforts have not only helped individuals overcome their struggles but have also made a significant positive impact on the organizations they lead.
