Insideout Living’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) was designed for clients struggling with sexual compulsivity or sex addiction or for family members who are impacted by addiction. The IOP serves as a bridge for clients as they make a very delicate transition to a different level of care.
Those who are shifting to a higher level of care at Insideout Living receive the support needed to move toward greater ownership of and accountability in the recovery process. For clients transitioning from the structure of inpatient or partial hospitalization to Insideout Living, the recovery work is continued in a safe supportive environment to stabilize the foundation for continued growth.
The IOL treatment team supports clients through daily check-ins as well as individual and group counseling to help the client gain traction and maintain recovery. Each client will meet with an individual therapist once per week and will check-in daily with an individual therapist via phone message. Additionally, each client will attend group therapy on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
Insideout Living’s IOP runs for 12 weeks, with rolling admission on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm CT, Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm CT, and Saturday mornings from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm CT. A monthly Partner Night will occur during a Wednesday evening session.
